Ok, so what the heck is it? I have been in the fitness business for over 15 years and didn't have a clue until a customer asked me one day and I went to work. I searched online and saw there were not many resources so rather than just selling a customer I knew nothing about I wrote up this great summary. As it turns out this is a great exercise piece that almost anyone could and should use. Think of it as a forearm exerciser for your lower leg muscles. Who could use a stretch in that area after working out, playing sports, rehabilitating injuries, or just getting cramps from sitting in the car in, my favorite, NY traffic for 3 hours.
