Valor Speed Bag Platform
The Valor Fitness Speed Bag Platform was made with the thought process of how a speed bag platform should work. The reinforced steel tubes that support the platform allows all of the energy to be transferred back through the platform to the speed bag while in use. The adjustable worm drive mount allows each user to locate the specific height for their desired level of performance. Just a few turns will allow enough of an adjustment to be felt in your arms and shoulders during your workout. The mounting brackets allow you to mount the platform onto a solid object like a cement wall or studs in wall. The 360 degree rotating swivel allows the boxer the speed and efficiency that is required in the boxing arena.

GymStore.com gets Funny with Comedy Central's Steven Colbert Report
On a recent episode on (April 29, 2010) of the always funny Colbert Report, Steven has musical guest, band OK GO (Of the well known "treadmill music video" "Here It Comes Again"). Stephen, never to be outdone on the show wants to show off his skills and comes flying in with a GymStore.com remanufactured TR9500HR Next Generation treadmill in one of a kind Platinum Series powder coating. Steven holds his own and doesn't fall off. The band seems impressed but not as much as us seeing our handy work meeting minds with OK GO & Mr. Colbert himself.
